Benelli Bean.
Benelli was our pick male from our Delly Beans litter in 2021. He spent most of his first two years home with us in WA, before declaring his love for the great white north and heading to Canada with Kayla. He is our joint venture, hopping the border to play both AKC and CKC games and enjoying hunting seasons out West.
Benelli is a love. He is famous for his "melt" (his full body slow motion sploot), which he uses to snuggle, to protest fun being over, and to boycott early mornings. He is an easy keeper in the house, and is full of personality.
He is a talented, versatile dog in the competition world. He easily earned his Puppy/Derby points, his Junior Hunter and Field Dog Junior (CKC) as a youngster. He is an honest wild bird dog, with a strong nose and high style. He makes you watch him on the ground, with a powerful, ground covering gait. This translates to his flawless, light-footed gait in the show ring, which earned him his AKC Championship with BOB wins and an all breed Sporting Group Placement from the classes. In the ring in Canada, Benelli quickly earned his Championship, and earned his Grand Championship with several Sporting Group placements as well. Benelli is currently working towards his Field Dog, CKC/AKC Field Championship and AKC Senior Hunter.
